No batteries to recharge.
Less than 12 volts - safe for use in and around water.
The light can be attached anywhere in the pool and moved around to different locations at any time.

One half of this ingenious light goes inside the pool and is held in place by magnets on the other half that sits outside the pool.
The outside half has the electrical lead and by clever use of magnets induces a small (3 watts) current in the light. 3 watts to an LED light means more light in the pool than a 50 watt halogen lamp and is enough to light up a pool up to 18ft wide.
If the light is knocked away from its magnets it will just float to the top and you can re-attach it.
