What is so good about the Ecowarm heat pump?
The Ecowarm heat pump manages to combine the cheap price associated with a Chinese made heater with the reliability of a European heater. They are fully guaranteed for 2 years. It is a neat, compact unit with the fan on the top.
The top mounted fan gives this heat pump a huge advantage over side mounted models. Aside from the convenience of the vertical air stream it allows the heat pump to have a wrap-around evaporator which can be 50% larger meaning greater heat efficiency in a smaller unit. This is small version of the big top mounted heat pumps like the top-of-the-range Nirvana.
The Ecowarm is ideal for the above ground pool owners with prices starting at £1,000 less than the bigger models. Even at these low prices the Ecowarm Heat Pump still has a titanium heat exchanger.

Heat pumps are sited outdoors. You will only need a 13amp electricity supply and the plumbing to the pool is simple.
EW10 and EW 13 models are the same physical size, 550mm diameter and 950mm high. (21 inches diameter, 3ft 1in high). The EW8 is 550mm diameter and 800mm high. (21 inches diameter, 2ft 7in high).
