Thank you so much for your incredibly prompt service. Bespoke geobubble cover order placed 4th May with 7 day delivery suggested. I requested possible earlier delivery on 10th May particularly because of promised summer weather. Jason agreed. I then realised we were away from our home on that day and so went back to Jason to advise him. He immediately suggested switching to Monday the 9th May so I was delighted. Imagine our disbelief and excitement when the cover arrived at 12 noon on Friday 6th May!!! At 12.15 Friday the pool heater was turned on and cover installed (about 9 degrees to start) At 4pm on Sunday 8th my wife and I were enjoying our 80 degree pool - all thanks to Poolstore UK

Pool delivered today. They rang yesterday to say they would deliver today and then had the wrong delivery address ignoring what was on the map, I am afraid we are used to this sort of fiasco dealing with the Italians. just like to thank you for your excellent service. Sometimes living on the Isle of Wight can be a real problem when ordering pool equipment and chemicals from mainland stores, from excessive post charges to " we can't deliver that through the post ". Thankfully, Poolstore has become the store of choice for myself, once again a big " thanks " for a prompt and curtious service. I will certainly be back when I need more stores.

As per my previous note I am very pleased and impressed with the service offered here exchanging the covers. I would have certainly been happy to have a go at joining on an extra bit of cover if indeed its possible to glue together. But of course the replacement is ideal. I bought an Ecowarm heater from you in the summer and I just wanted to let you know that it's proved to be a great purchase. It has heated my 26000 litre above ground pool with absolutely no trouble at all in very demanding conditions (we live in Wales!). Thank you for recommending the product and helping me to install it.
