You tell us what size and shape pool you want and we deliver the 125mm insulated panels with all the plumbing fixings pre-attached. Simply slot them together. Best of all, we can provide the expert labour to install them for you and they will have them all in and ready for backfill in a day.
Advanced 125mm Insulated Panel Construction
The Polypool Insulated Panel Pool Kit is a modern, energy-efficient swimming pool construction system for outdoor and indoor pools. It is especially suited for indoor pools because it meets and exceeds current UK Building Regulations.
Engineered for strength, thermal performance and installation efficiency, this insulated panel system provides a compliant, cost-effective solution for both domestic and commercial swimming pool projects.
The 125mm Polypool panel is manufactured using a modern injection moulding process. A specialist MDI-based resin system (Isofoam rigid polyurethane foam) is injected under pressure between steel sheets, creating a structurally strong and highly insulated panel.

All indoor swimming pools must meet strict thermal efficiency standards under Part L Building Regulations. Polypool insulated panels have been manufactured to this specification for many years and achieve a U-value of 0.18 within the structure.

Flexible Supply Options
Supply Only
For customers using their own builders or managing a DIY installation, a supply-only service is available. Submit your plans to us and we will work out what you need, pre-install the wall fittings and deliver to site. We can provide technical advice and professional support throughout the design stage.
Supply and Install
The most popular choice. Tell us how big you want the pool and we can come up with a design to suit your needs. You dig the hole and put in a concrete floor. We will send out a team of expert installers who will assemble all the panels. This will typically only take one day to complete. Then you are ready to concrete the panel base and backfill. Any wall fittings (e.g lights, skimmers, inlets, vacuums, etc) will be pre-installed, you just have to connect them to your pipework.

How much does it cost?
Polypool Panels are not the cheapest way to build a pool. The panels replace the traditional hollow concrete blocks in the construction process. You will need a liner and all the usual filtration equipment. You can get a cost for this from our Block and liner pools page. The table below gives a guide to how much the panel kit will cost.
